History

T.C. Enterprises Ltd. was established in 1978, mainly to purchase a building for establishment of a Fitness and Martial Arts School and then one year later established a Family Retail Shoe Store in the City of Yellowknife which went on to become the largest shoe store grossing up to 1M in sales and was operated with other stores for 20 years. In these early days; T.C. Enterprises Ltd. bought and sold small residential properties.

TC Enterprises Ltd. ventured into The Real Estate Development as priorities and focus changed. In 1983 we constructed our first commercial building which was leased to Sears Canada and to one of the major Law Firms in the City.

After 1983, TC Enterprises Ltd. expanded in various enterprises such as the Operation of one of the Largest Bulk Plants in Canada and then evolved into Ownership and Operation of a Propane Company. This operation was eventually bought five years later by Superior Propane.

TC Enterprises Ltd. went from a humble beginning of two employees to over a hundred employees with gross sales of several million dollars.

The company owes its growth to the commitment, dedication and loyalty of its employees and the belief that we are here to serve our clients.

TC Enterprises Ltd. is one of the leading developers in the city of Yellowknife and is also a Joint Venture partner in Residential Transition Homes for the Inuit in both Yellowknife and Winnipeg.

Principals of the company are Mr. Anthony Chang, President and Ms. Elaine MacDonald-Grundy, Vice President.
