Introduction and Background
T.C. Enterprises Ltd. was founded in 1978 and is presently one of the leading property developers in the City of Yellowknife, with interests expanding in other parts of Canada. The company has over a 25 year history in land development and residential and commercial construction and property management and currently employs over one hundred staff in the following operations:

- T. E. Holdings Ltd., (residential and commercial property/ownership management, land development and construction)
- The Executive Ltd., (the Executive Suites Apartments, Solar Apartments, and a number of commercial and residential properties)

- Numac Development Corp., (One Bartesko Court, Yellowknife - 36 unit apartment building: joint venture with Nunasi Corporation)
- 5829 NWT Ltd. o/a Red Coach Inn - in Yellowknife
- T.C. Construction - Dealer for Triple M Homes (custom modular homes)
- Kivalliq Development Corporation, (joint venture with Nunasi Corporation, Management of the Kivalliq Inuit Centre in Winnipeg)
- Operates a Boarding Home in Yellowknife for northern residents from communities in Nunavut
- Boston Pizza (Yellowknife)
- Orion Group (research, training and consulting services for government and NGO, Non-Government Organizations, clients throughout the Northwest Territories and Nunavut)
- Talimatt Financial Corporation
- Hidden River Country Inn (4,700 sq.ft. Bed & Breakfast and Convention Centre in West St. Paul, Manitoba)
- Orion Properties (144 unit Apartment Complex, Thompson Manitoba)
- Grey Wolf Townhouses (120 Townhouses, Thompson Manitoba)
- Westridge Apartments (18 units, Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island)

- 4651 NWT Ltd. (28,000 sq. ft. facility, Winnipeg, Manitoba, joint venture with Nunasi Corporation, serves as a Boarding Home for Inuit Residents)
Past commercial ventures have included the operation of one of the largest bulk fuel plants in Canada (T.C. Oil), and the ownership and operation of a propane company (T.C. Propane), which was subsequently purchased by Superior Propane.
